Course is designed to raise knowledge and competence when preparing and presenting statements of estimated costs for both buyers and sellers. Class will review legal requirements for preparation and presentation to clients and consumers. Class will also cover discussion of common fees, costs associated with sale and purchase of real estate, including FHA, VA financing, USDA. Instructed by Danielle Winn.
