Become A Realtor

Posted on

Are you ready to take the next step in your real estate career? Before you can become a REALTOR(R), you’ll need to become a licensed PA Real Estate Agent.

Individuals wishing to become licensed must complete two required courses, be at least eighteen years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. The courses, Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice, can be taken in any order.

After completing both courses, you may sit for the state licensing Exam. Once you have successfully passed the exam, you will need to place your license with a real estate broker. At that time, you’ll complete the appropriate application with said broker and will also need to perform a criminal background check.

In addition to the State Licensing Exam, new Lebanon County Association of Realtor applicants must attend and orientation session provided by the Association within 6 months of your membership application.
