Members of the Lebanon County Association of Realtors® are local leaders advocating for high standards of professionalism, promoting homeownership and preserving private property rights.

LCAR provides the resources necessary to advance members education and encourage ethical business practices which further the success of the Realtor® as a central figure serving consumers and strengthening our communities.

Realtor® Membership Application

Subject to approval by the Board of Directors, I hereby apply for and accept membership in the Lebanon County Association of Realtors® (LCAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

I am submitting this application form with the $100 non-refundable application fee and the commitment to complete the mandatory New Member Orientation Course within 6-months of acceptance of membership approval.

I further agree that my act of paying dues shall be evidence of my initial and continuing commitment to abide by the Code of Ethics, bylaws, rules and regulations and duty to arbitrate, all as from time to time amended.

By completing the membership application, I hereby am providing my informed and written consent to receive by email any and all communications from LCAR and of its affiliated organizations and acknowledge that LCAR, and any photographer/videographer hired by LCAR, has the right to take unrestricted, royalty-free photos, video and audio of all members at all association activities and classes, when on or off site. Unless I provide written notice revoking my consent, I understand that this consent will include any changes in information.

The $100 non-refundable application fee must be submitted with the application form. The application fee can be paid by check, credit card or cash.
