Affiliate membership is offered to individuals without an active real estate license, whose business provides a service, supplies or has a connection to, or interest in the real estate industry.

Affiliate members enjoy similar benefits to Realtor® members, encompassing regular membership communications such as monthly newsletters, special announcements and event notifications.

Become a Partner

Industry Partner Application

Industry Partner membership belongs to the company. The company pays a one-time application fee of $100 and designates one individual to be the primary contact. Other individuals from the same company can join at a reduced rate. If a company is a branch office of a company already active with LCAR, then the company will not have to pay the application fee.

$250 for the first or primary individual member of a new company
$50 for each subsequent member
