This course will integrate the use of standard forms into practice to provide guidance both for “how to” do business and“how to” avoid risk. Licensees participating in this course will learn more about fiduciary duties, misrepresentation and fraud, fair housing, agency relationships using standard forms, how to fill out the Agreement of Sale to protect yourself, escrow,risk reduction, and much more.
