Education


Responsible for scheduling educational programs such as required continuing education, designation courses, and free learning opportunities (Lunch & Learn, Finance Fridays). Coordinating with the program committee to provide speakers, and administering the local Realtor® scholarship awards.


Legislative/RPAC

Educate the Association members as to the importance of local, state, and national politics and the support of RPAC. Monitor and report to the members the activities of elected and appointed officials regarding their actions and issues affecting real estate as well as RPAC updates.


Membership/Programs


Welcome and monitor new members. Review and update New Member Orientation. Develop information to promote member services and benefits. Encourage members to join committees and attend events.  Coordinate monthly events including meetings, open house and holiday drops in, annual picnic and other social events. Coordinate the Realtor Care Team.  Member retention.


Habitat for Humanity Benefit Auction

Participate in organizing all aspects of the Habitat for Humanity Auction – Solicit and track donations – sell tickets – sell sponsorships.


Public Relations


Promote the Realtor® image and community relationships through service projects and raise funds for non-profit organizations. Habitat benefit auction, strawberry shortcake booth, United Way day of caring, noon meal at LCCM, Realtor® ring day for the Salvation Army, high school scholarship, etc.


Website


Responsible for ensuring the website is current, promoting upcoming events, and publishing important information for our members and the public.


Community Liaisons


Represents the Lebanon County Association of Realtors® at local meetings and events such as the Affordable Housing Council, Builders Association, Chamber of Commerce, etc.


Realtor® Liaisons

PAR Directors, voting members on the Board of Directors of PAR, PAR Professional Standards and Grievance, attend arbitration and ethics hearings in accordance with policies and procedures of NAR. Annual training is required. Standard Form Representative from Lebanon County.
